Waste-to-Hydrogen facilities are a sustainable solution that will convert end-of-life, non-recyclable waste destined for landfill, into power, heat and hydrogen.
The facilities are designed to be low emission, low impact, and self-sufficient.
We have developed an advanced thermal technology (DMG). The process is capable of converting non-recyclable waste streams into syngas, from which, valuable products such as chemical precursors, hydrogen, electricity, heat and other industrial products can be made.
In this process, carbon residue is created instead of CO₂ being released into the atmosphere. This makes DMG a cleaner method for producing syngas, power, and heat compared to traditional processes.
Partnering for Progress in Northern Ireland, Powerhouse Energy continues its strong relationship with Noage Energy, whose proactive support has been central to advancing our Ballymena Waste-to-Hydrogen project and wider opportunities across Ireland.
Noage are the team on the ground in Northern Ireland and will be liaising with all potential partners to the project.
